Rinse Sybrandy has been a household name in industrial kitchens for decades, formerly as the figurehead of the commercial kitchen branch of Vihamij, but now for many years as an independent with the company Arnag Horeca.

Just before his retirement he was given the opportunity to give shape to this beautiful project and he did so with heart and soul.

A beautiful location where Culion, together with Arnag Horeca, was able to realize a Buffet and Entree.
