VeroMetal "Next Level" (part 2)
VeroMetal is a cold liquid metal that can be applied to almost any surface by spraying, spatula or roll. After application, the object has all the properties of the relevant metal. Citihall Hengelo
The companies Vossebeld & Grooters from Almelo may have had foresight! Not only looking to what you already know, but: what else can we do, who can help us with that and preferably not too far away so that the high level of service that she is known for is also applicable at all times.
For Vossebeld & Grooters, for example, the layout of the restoration facility for the new town hall in Hengelo has suddenly come within reach. Ultimately, Culion is very pleased that by combining Knowledge and Science, Culion has been able to make a nice contribution to this project, with the result that doors are opened for our dealer Vossebelt & Grooters that were sometimes passed by.

20kHz "Thats why Induction from Inducs" (part 10)
Inducs INSTINCT® Induction delivers induction with enormous power.
To use this power correctly, the efficiency between the induction plate and the pan is essential.
The best transmission is at a frequency of 20,000 Hz and should be used with a high quality pan.
Various manufacturers for units with double cooking zones choose to work with a fixed frequency of 20,000 Hz, a less good induction pan counteracts with a higher frequency of, for example, 23,000 or 24,000 Hz, it will work, but less efficiently because of the worse pan, but there will also be power losses on internal parts, which will affect the service life.
So this is absolutely not desirable and energy efficient.
Inducs developed a new induction innovation called INSTINCT® technology. Our induction works as standard on a frequency of 20,000 Hz. Top efficiency in combination with high-quality induction pans (for example the professional pans from Demeyere).
The induction plate automatically recognizes through a smart electronic control whether the pan is suitable for 20,000 Hz, the innovation in this is that it not only recognizes the good or bad (less good) pan, the electronics automatically adjust to it.
So in a situation where you have less quality pans available instead of high-quality pans, you can still continue to work despite the fact that you prefer not to because of the power losses and lower energy efficiency.
The frequency is directly at 20,000 Hz when you have placed the high-quality pans on all zones of the induction again, so that you have the most efficiency and therefore the most energy-efficient solution.

Next Level
Customers are increasingly looking for more exclusive options for the decoration of our stainless steel and interior furniture.
These exclusive options do not always have to be more expensive.
M.b.t. the decoration you should think of:
> Cover panels of the buffets.
> Doors interior and / or stainless steel
> Interior furniture
> Frames and tops
> Etc etc,
First of all the somewhat better known Concrete look that can be applied in many designs and colors by machining. The decorator applies the micro cement to mainly interior panels.
This can be perfectly supplemented by, for example, also providing the walls and other parts of the interior with this product.
The machining or spraying of Liquid metal is somewhat less known, but is a trend that is now also entering the industrial kitchen.
With this technique, the liquid metal (for example, copper, brass or bronze) is applied to a stainless steel / interior surface of sheet or tube parts, or, for example, to the walls in the relevant space.
We are talking about seamless on-site processing where, if desired, the bronze or copper can be patinated (aging process).

Floor channels stainless steel
As of today, Culion also has a range of stainless steel floor channels available for the industrial kitchen market & Industry.
Our stainless steel floor channels meet the highest quality requirements and are produced in our own factory in Kampen.
This enables us to offer specific custom solutions in addition to our standard program for floor channels.
Think of floor channels where a limited installation depth is available because of the floor thickness.
Or floor channels where a higher drainage capacity is desirable (eg under your cooking kettle).
We can also offer you various solutions in the design of the grids.

Corona screen
Currently very topical are the cough screens, spit walls or as now often called the corona screens. We at Culion have been making HACCP solutions in the industrial kitchen market for years by installing walls, screens or curbs. These solutions can be temporary, permanent or semi-permanent, beautiful made of glass with stainless steel uprights or simply made of polycarbonate, acrylic or plexiglass. Completely closed walls can of course also be realized in our interior department. The choice of material is made depending on the location and the personal wishes of the customer. We can realize the screens at offices, at desks, waiting rooms, restaurants, shops, schools or simply in between workplaces. We make all this according to your wishes in our own factory in Kampen.
